Rico Tavares had been hospitalized in serious condition at the Alberto Torres State Hospital since August 22, after being run over by a car.

Makeup artist Ricardo Luiz Milane Tavares , known as Rico Tavares ,

died this Friday (15) in RJ, after spending three weeks in hospital as a result of being run over by a car .

The death was confirmed by the State Department of Health.

Rico was reported missing and was found in serious condition at the Alberto Torres State Hospital.

The professional became famous for serving several artists, such as Maite Proença,

Dani Suzuki, Claudia Ohana, Letícia Spiller and João Vicente de Castro.

According to information from the Civil Police, Ricardo was run over in Vista Alegre, São Gonçalo , on the night of August 22nd.

The makeup artist was found unconscious and rescued by a Fire Department team on the same day.
